Domain Score Details
Learning Connection 3
The child learns vocabulary words using pictures. This app simulates playing in a sand pit and discovering exciting objects. This is an everyday life experience for young children.
Authenticity 1
The student finds the pictures but then doesn't have a task. I would like to see the child record their voice on to the picture or interact with it in some way.
Feedback 1
Feedback is not included as the child does not need to complete an activity.
Differentiation 2
The background music, card voice and app sounds  turned on or off. It would be nice to be able to add your own pictures.
User Friendliness 4
The child can use this app independently. They choose an image to use for cleaning the sandpit.
Motivation 4
Children love finding hidden treasures. Most vocabulary apps are rather dull. This is one of the most fun ways to learn vocabulary. The child is also given a star after finding 25 pictures.
