The B.E.ST. Career
B.E.ST. Autism Therapy has a different therapy model to others in Brisbane. We use child-lead interventions and a naturalistic therapy approach. We coach parents so they have the capacity and confidence to support their child long after we have left the session.
To authentically support neurodivergent children to engage in their life in a way that is meaningful to them whilst using quality, evidence-based approaches.
Our practice is different too
Our practice is different too. We don’t measure KPIs and billable hours. Instead, we are truly committed to providing high quality therapy. This means a smaller caseload with time to provide additional support for each child such as meetings with their educational team.
Our practice owner is available to meet and support you any time you please. You will also receive the most outstanding admin support. We will make resources, create handouts, or anything you need.
Dr Bronwyn Sutton, is a published researcher and lecturer in the field of autism and social communication. We work at the cutting edge of autism intervention and our proud of our reputation for clinical excellence.
You will receive three hours of clinical supervision each week. This includes group supervision, clinical and peer supervision. Our career development coaching program will help your grow and achieve your goals.
20 YEARS OF RESOURCES
After 20 years in practice, we have massive bank of pre-made resources and therapy kits for every goal imaginable. You don’t need to reinvent resources – simply open your iPad and they are all ready for you.
We offer an extensive induction program with in-house webinars on all interventions and gradual onboarding. Your PD budget is well above that of any other practice. We will individually tailor your career plan including your passion project.
YOU WILL LAUGH A LOT!
We know you will love us – we are a small team that feels like a family. Twice a year we go away for a beach conference. We also enjoy hanging out after hours and enjoy Friday afternoon fun.
